Real Questions from Real People
Most FAQ pages feel like they were written by a legal team. Not this one. These are actual questions we get in emails, phone calls, and over coffee meetings in Adelaide.
Some questions come up repeatedly. Others surprise us. But every single one deserves a straight answer without the usual corporate fluff.

When do your 2025 programs actually start?
Our next cohort begins in September 2025. We're running an intensive eight-week program specifically for mid-level managers transitioning into senior roles. Applications open in July, and we typically fill spots within three weeks.
What's the actual time commitment?
Depends on what you choose. Our core program runs three evenings per week for two months. That's roughly 6-8 hours weekly, plus another 3-4 hours for case studies and preparation. It's not casual — but it's designed around working professionals.
Do you teach theory or practical skills?
Both, honestly. You'll learn frameworks that have been tested for decades. But every session includes real scenarios from Australian businesses. We bring in guest speakers who run actual companies, not just academics who study them.
Can I get my employer to pay for this?
Many participants do. We provide detailed course outlines and learning objectives that make it easier to get approval. About 60% of our 2024 cohort received at least partial company sponsorship. We can help you make that case.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We record all sessions and provide detailed notes. You won't lose your spot if you miss one or two classes. But the real value comes from live discussion and peer feedback, so try to attend when possible.
Will this help me get promoted?
We can't promise promotions — that depends on your organization and performance. What we can say is that past participants report feeling more confident in leadership situations, making better strategic decisions, and having clearer career conversations with their managers.
How big are the classes?
We cap sessions at 18 people. Any larger and the quality of discussion suffers. Smaller groups mean you get actual feedback on your specific challenges, not generic advice that could apply to anyone.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if you withdraw before the second session. After that, we offer pro-rated refunds through week four. It's straightforward because we want people who genuinely want to be there, not those feeling trapped by non-refundable fees.

Not consultants who've never run anything. Our instructors have held C-suite positions, managed teams through mergers, and dealt with the same problems you're facing right now.
